Refund Policy

At Broken Finn Clothing Co., we want you to love your gear as much as we love packing it (usually with sandy hands and too many energy drinks). If something isn't quite right, we've got your back - no stress, no attitude, no corporate runaround.

We accept returns on unworn, unwashed items within 30 days of delivery.  Since we're a family-run shop and every order is packed and shipped directly by us, just give us a heads up before sending anything back.  Shoot us a message between normal business hours - Monday-Friday 9am-4pm EST - and we'll help you get everything sorted at no cost to you.

If you received the wrong item, a damaged product, or your package looks like it survived a tropical storm, let us know and we'll make right.  life's too short (and too sunny) to stress over returns.
